Powmillon Project and Surveying Services was established by Andrew Buchan in August 2023.

Andrew originally entered the construction industry in 2007 and has held posts in a Main Contractor and within various Housebuilders at both entry level and luxury ends of the scale. Working as the Commercial Lead on the largest new build regeneration project outside of London and lattery as a Commercial Development Manager, Andrew has gained valuable experience over recent years to assist Powmillon's clients.
